Here is info about the different ranks of the tribe.

Tribe Hierarchy

• Healer

  Iceteller, or Teller of the Fallen Ice, is the healer of the tribe. The healer is always named Teller of the Fallen Ice due to the fact that the live in the Cave of Fallen Ice and interpret signs from the Tribe of Endless Hunting there. The healing that they do doesn’t rely on herbs very much as most of the cats that get injured badly will die and there are few herbs to use. Iceteller never leaves camp.

  
  
  
• Prey-Hunter

  The prey hunters of the tribe do just that. They are lean and agile having been trained their entire lives to hunt for the tribe. They aren’t trained to fight and when they are chosen as kits to be prey hunters.

  
  
  
• Cave-Guard

  The cave guards are large, strong cats that have two purposes. They protect the prey-hunters on patrols and defend the camp against invasion from enemies and predators. Like the prey hunters they are chosen to be cave guards from the time that they are kits.

  
  
  
• To-Bes

  To bes are young cats training as either cave guards or prey hunters. They are from 6-12 moons old. They are assigned a mentor who will teach them everything about their position that they need to know for when they become full cave-guards or prey-hunters.

  
  
  
• Kit-Mothers

  Kit mothers are she-cats that are pregnant or who have recently given birth. They live in the nursery until their kits become to bes.

  
  
  
• Kits

  Kits are kittens that are not old enough to become to bes. They live with their mothers n the nursery until they are six moons old.

  
  
  
• Elders

  Elders are retired cave guards and prey hunters. It is the tribe’s responsibility to keep their final moons pleasant and easy. It’s mostly the to bes duty to change their bedding and make sure that they have enough to eat.
